Hi All,
Lookinh to possibly stay at this place in the summer (have a two year old and six year old). Has anyone stayed here? Reviews look great but rooms look super old and outdated. As long as they’re clean I’m basically okay. Also considering Villa Roma in upstate NY but the rooms also look super outdated.

Js4727473, I think your chance of finding anyone on this website whom has stayed at either resort are slim to none. TP is not really an all-inclusive family-resort type crowd. I see you've posted the same on Fodor's and may see some responses there.
That said, browsing the website for this property and reviews from prior guests, it's clear that this is a "legacy" resort that families have been coming back to for many years. Think Kellerman's in "Dirty Dancing"? There are many reviews from people who'd first come here as children and frequently return today with their own children and grandchildren.
This is not a place where you're going to want to just sit in your room, While reviews mention clean, comfortable, well-maintained and roomy (depending floor size booked) rooms are not by any means posh nor does the property try to give that impression. It's a destination for people who go to spend the majority of their time OUT of their rooms taking advantage of the many activities and entertainment opportunities offered, and interacting with other guests. If that trips your trigger, you should be just fine there.
