My family is travelling to visit exchange student in sydney, we want to travel to new zealand for a week in between our trip to sydney to & fro.
Where can I store luggage if I want to travel light to New zealand in sydney. we need overnight storage service. residential school doesnt allow my daughter to keep her luggage . Any ideas welcome !!
At the very least there'll be luggage storage available at the airport, though I expect this to be pretty expensive (with some searching I found AUD $12-$16 per locker per day, though I don't know if that's accurate). Various backpacker-oriented places in the city itself should also offer luggage storage, and I'd expect that to be cheaper, but I'm not up to date on what all is there these days to recommend anything specific. (Yeah, I get lots of results for searches to that effect, though it's hard to filter out the SEO-spam to find the actual companies.)
If you're in Sydney for at least a few days before heading on to New Zealand, I'd just look and ask around locally when there, and keep the airport as your fallback.
