I don't understand what you mean by "newest, made last year" for natural places. Are you just talking about finding a nice beach?

Yeah. Visit the beach with a friend! One gets wet and one stands guard over the stuff! 
- I personally would never bring valuable stuff and lots of money to a beach anyway.
