Friendliest countries and least friendliest countries?

I think the nicest people I found in my travels were South Americans. In Europe , as I am European, we take it for granted the Northern people are the coldest , but the Southern more open. I think Europeans are a little tired of tourists in cities , I know I get a shock every time I go to Lisbon and see it has turned into a tourist city! I like to find tourists here, but the numbers are mind blogging. Thats why somany people here complain about the French . Italians are always nice! But my choice goes to South Americans!
