In the recent changes article the edit in the money matters article by LaguardiaC, (13 feb, at 5:19) is not showing, on the frontpage it is however listed. Do we have a small bug in the recent changes article?

Hmm, interesting. There doeesn't appear to be a bug in the code, but the table that controls that wiki_changes page is missing the update to the Money Matters article. I'll have to ask Peter how that gets created, because obviously it's being tracked in the main table (otherwise it wouldn't show on the /guide/ page). Well spotted! 
The page timed out while the edit was being made. So it only partially completed the process. It did add the change, but it did not manage to get far enough to log it. Hence the half-save
