Morning,

Just wondering if anyone has any recent experience with immigration to Brazil.

When you submit your visa, do they request the ACRO certificate or is a DBS check sufficient?

Thanks,

This official page gives useful info about work & residency requirements & visas:

https://www.gov.uk/guidance/living-in-brazil#visas

This official page details the process of applying for a work visa:

https://www.gov.br/mre/pt-br/consulado-londres/visa-section/types-of-visa/temporary-visa-vitem/work-vitem-v

No residency visa is listed on the embassy page below. You'll need to contact the embassy directly to find out if you're eligible.

A DBS is UK-exclusive: it's not useful for visa applications.

You'll need an ACRO and I suggest you apply for an SAR at the same time. Official links:
