I am Canadian in Canada. When I was in Japan I sent a package to the Netherlands. Now, the package is being returned to sender because of an undeliverable address? 差出人に返送 あて所が不明のため
I called Netherlands Post and they said talk to Japan Post. Japan Post and they said they can only help in-person. Would a kind volunteer be able to go to a post office for me an inquire about my package? I have a new address that it can be delivered to.

I personally would never involve myself in transferring any package from overseas to another foreign destination for a total stranger. The package could be full of drugs or something lethal that could just put me in prison!
Wouldn't your permanent Canadian address have been a better destination than somewhere in the Netherlands?
Just thinking out loud!

Thanks for your comment. Even if I put my permanent address I would still have an undelivered package that apparently can only get customer service in person in Japan. I can't believe how unreliable and unhelpful JP Post is! Just looking for a kind stranger to help me out. The package has already passed customs in the Netherlands. JP Post told me to send a friend on my behalf to deal with them.

If the package was sent to Canada a relative or close friend could have vouched for you.
Good luck.

JP Post can only provide support in-person in Japan. I was there for tourism and now I left so I need someone to ask them what is going on.
