In some countries taking your own sleeping bag is illegal, for public hygiene reasons. They can spread bedbugs and other nasties.

Would you think about taking an international travel power adapter???
My friend just reminded me of this adapter before.
So I'm wondering do you have some recommendations for it?

A good pair of walking shoes are necessary. Last year, I wore a pair of uncomfortable shoes to climb mountains and got a huge blister on my foot. It's a terrible experience.
I will also take a sleeping bag when I go hiking with my friends. Putting an easy tent outside is a great choice for us under the starred sky. Do you like taking lots of pictures and making amazing videos?? I personally use the GoPro Hero5, it is a little pricy but is a very good investment.
I make a living through travelling, so I take plenty of pictures and videos. I don't use GoPro since its frickin expensive. I rely on my xiaomi which has worked very well and occasionally steal my partner's canon mx6 i think? to do some photo taking.
Speaking about travel adapters, since you're in China, why don't you just buy one from Taobao? I bought mine from there and it works very well. And very cheap too. I have sworn off international brands on such gears. I don't see the value.
I have never carried and used an international travel power adapter. However, I have used various plug adapters for my laptop, mobile phone and other electronic devices when traveling across the globe.
When I started traveling internationally, we didn't have electronic equipment to plug in. 1950 and 1964, 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998 No cell phones, no computers, no digital cameras.
When we traveled on our boat we had to switch from 12V to 110 and we used inverters.
Then in 2002 when we went to England I just got an adaptor for England which also worked for Ireland in 2007. Traveling to Europe I got one of those with the two round prongs. And that's all I had until this year when I got one of those universal plugs for a trip to France. It was kind of clunky and big, but it worked OK

I've heard xiaomi, which is popular in China. My friend ever recommended me to buy a cellphone from this brand. But I still love iPhone.
By the way, it's my dad who sent GoPro as a gift on my birthday. I checked out it's great for me.
I don't like Taobao, because there're some fake goods. My friend always suggests me to buy on Amazon.

Maybe you are right.
A torch and good walking shoes is so "normal", that I'd not mentioned it.
But what for should I need a vacuum sucker if I pack lightly.
And what for a hot water flask? And a sleeping bag? It needs a lot of space.
