I want to travel abroad with my tablet(not wifi connected). The tablet has no SIM card because of my disability. I use a retro mobile because I lost my left arm in an accident and find a touch screen difficult to use. My SIM card is for my retro-mobile phone. To complicate matters I do own a modem! To all intents and purposes, I only need to find somewhere with a wifi connection and 'hook up'. BUT, should I be somewhere without wi-fi, could I use the modem?
