Maybe you mean twin cabin rather than double? I assume you're not looking for something romantic, which is how it could be read. 
Most of the time, cabins are listed as double occupancy - that is if there is only one person, they pay for two. The beds can be queen or twin.
But this forum is probably not a good place to ask, as most people here are not cruise people
