Hi.
You write "..maybe 3 Months..?"
Three month trip or leave home in 3 months?
If you sometimes feel overwhelmed perhaps do short trips nearer home will be better. Scotland sounds good.
Up to you.

Yes my first trip I will have 3 months I’m a full time carer not really had a total break from it in 3 years
I don’t have my own place as I’m a live in carer , my escape route obviously would be to drive back should
Things go side ways should I be in the EU , tho if was somewhere else a flight back . I would like to explore
Further afield but language barriers and cultures feels a little intimidating but I have to do something with my
Life . I may get on ok but f8nding places were the language barrier isn’t hard would be the best , I believe
places like Bali speak a lot of English I maybe overthinking all this , knowingly myself I probably am lol

You need money for everything and a passport for some of your long distance travel.
Got a passport yet?

Most of the EU countries are in the Schengen zone for visas, so you don't need a visa but you're limited to 90 days out of a rolling 180 day period.
Norway is lovely but hellishly expensive. All of Northern Europe is pretty expensive.
In Southern Europe there will be the language barrier. In Northern Europe no problem.
The easiest far-flung option if you want to have seen something of the world is New Zealand. There's lots of slow travel there. Driving there is easy, involves interacting with fewer people than buses. Motels are less interaction than b&bs. No language barrier. Mostly small towns and landscapes. No visa required for up to 6 months visit.
