Hello everyone. I would like to start with a question

Hi everyone.

I hope this message finds you all well.

So, it's been sometime since I have travelled, but I am going to head off to Costa Rica and a few other countries in Central America very soon. Previously when I have travelled I used a pre paid travel card to save money on withdrawal fees.....but, the company I used is no longer operating. So, I am looking for recommendations on prepaid travel cards....and hoping I can find one that had no ATM withdrawal fees, and doesn't cap monthly withdrawals to £200 limit.

Any help would be appreciated.

I've used Caxton for years. No ATM fee outside the UK (except any fee levied by a particular ATM, obv), no ATM withdrawal limit (as long as you have enough on your card obv), easy online loading. I have friends who've used Fairfx for years but from a quick google it seems they charge £1 per foreign ATM withdrawal.

I suggest you look at both their websites and decide which suits you best.

Do not travel with a single card. If you lose it or even damage it you could be in a bit of a pickle!
