These type of effectively meaningless replies are almost always indicative of a spammer (bot) ineptly trying to build up reputation as a real member before dropping their spam.
Every so often that turns out to be wrong, with it being a real person with a bad grasp of the English language (always a possibility on an international travel forum), so we don't immediately take action purely on that suspicion - but instead watch the account carefully, so that when it drops spam, we can remove it with minimal hassle. In the meantime, just ignore replies like that.
