Maybe? I'm not sure. But as far as I know, a Jaguar has "points" and a Lions has "stripes". And it seems the animal on the picture has "stripes".
But the warning-sign seems to be in spanish language.
I've done a bit of digging and think that sign shows the Andean Mountain Cat.

BeateR certainly put the search in the right direction, but it was Borisborough who was the first to get the correct answer.
I use pretty simply language and I'm bewildered about the way Andy so commonly looks to find hidden meanings in what I write. So here is what I'd like to say now. If you don't understand it just give me a call.
Borisborough was, as mentioned, the first to designate what I asked for, the 'area', but he has so frequently had a turn at this game and at times has problems getting pictures up for it that he might choose to relinquish his turn in favour of BeateR, who I don't think has had a go, certainly not recently.
I have to say, as I said at the beginning of this turn, these pictures deserved an airing, they are just stunning, it would be nice to think that we'll get more like them in the future.
Anyway, it's up to Borisborough and BeateR to work out who goes next...
As I wrote in # 2246, I'd give it away. I don't have the time for searching for a picture and the time for the then following discussion. But I love to guess, and this time I was 100% sure to be right, therefore I answered.
But as sayed: everyone else can do my turn.
