Hello all.
We will be travelling to Ghana in the end of January. We will have 7-9 days to travel around the country and then we will stay another week in Cape Coast.
Could someone recommend a nice circular trip, which can be done in 7-9 days with public buses (or a car if required) that would include e.g. Mole park, the Larabanga mosque, some waterfalls etc? We would be interested in simple village life, traditional architecture, nature, music, dance, ceramics, and generally the arts. We are less into large cities.
Thanks in advance!
circular trip in Ghana in 7-9 days??
I did this route in 2016: Accra, Odumase, Keta Lagoon, Tafi Atome Wildlife Sanctuary, Mt. Afadjato, Wli, Tamale, Mole National Park, Kintampo, Kakum National Park, Elmina, Anomabo, Accra. I don't recall how many days it took.
Hi berner256!
Thanks for the answer. I will check the route now. The time is one thing. The other: did you do it with public buses? Which companies? Were they pretty frequent?
Thanks!

I was on a trip with two others arranged by TransAfrica, based in Lome, Togo. We were in a private vehicle.
