I'm in the UK; we don't have Sloppy Joe in the UK or Breakfast Burritos, but that hasn't stopped me from making it myself from recipes.

Food They Don't Sell In Your Country
I miss Miracle Whip and Velvetta Cheese and a few other things American. Sometimes I have found Miracle Whip in a store. It is usally a one-off shipment from Europe. There are a few American foods brands you can find in Germany due to so many troops being there for decades. I also miss proper root beer. Over time (26 years) a few good things have made their way to the UK. This includes French's Mustard and Old El Passo products....

Take a look at the Club Burrito offered by The Breakfast Club chain, multiple locations: scrambled egg, piquillo peppers, avocado, refried beans, jalapenos, harissa cheese, hash browns, pico de gallo & hot sauce. Also the burrito at Boyden's (London): eggs, cheese, guac, peppers, etc, in a toasted tortilla. And the Breakfast Burrito Carne at las Iguanas (Greater London).
That's just what I was able to find with a quick google so I'm sure there are more out there. Same for Sloppy Joes. Here's just one option:

I believe that traditional haggis - with sheep lung and stomach lining - is banned in the U.S. With a nod to our sadly departed VT mate, Odinthor, I don't believe we have hákarl (Iceland) either...not that I've even the faintest interest in trying that one. Mushy peas are rare but there's at least one "proper" chip shop in Delaware, opines a British expat, which has 'em.

My hometown of Croydon, South London has a Five Guys and I went there once to try it and I had one of the hot dogs and told people about it online; apparently I had committed cardinal sin by not ordering a burger; I rectified this and went back there for a burger to try the burger; they sold me a burger and a beer.
I thought the peanuts were for decoration, then I saw on YouTube somebody eating them saying they were free.
This, of course, was before 2018/2019 and Croydon getting a Taco Bell... When I first saw the Taco Bell in Croydon, I made a beeline to it, walked inside and had Taco Bell that day; I got a good friend into Taco Bell last year when she came to mine for that summer during lockdown and Taco Bell were doing deliveries and take out only.
I can more or less die now knowing I've got a Taco Bell.

I don't know about that, I mean, I wouldn't say haggis was banned in the U.S.
Now, the Kinder Surprise Egg, that's banned in the U.S.
..You get caught with one of those at Customs; it gets confiscated and you get fined; it's banned.
The only thing America seem to care about if the meat is cooked in a can, so commercial canned meat should be fine; if you can find canned haggis, you're good to go/can take it back to the U.S.
No, I once helped a Scottish-American whom married into my family take some haggis home actually to the States from Blighty/U.K. for her mother learning that factoid about U.S. and haggis.

I've been to Leeds...
I went to a/the Nando's there.
Basically was when I was with a girl who had a Nando's loyalty card.
We went to Nando's down here from this neighbourhood to that neighbourhood all the time.
In fact, went to a/the Nando's in Bristol, England too for the same reason, when I went to Bristol.
