A big praise

I have to give a big praise to the moderators and the longtime users here:
I am writing in several forums, and in every of this forums it is a problem that the forum is littered with spam posts. But in no other forum are such spam posts recognized and deleted so quickly.
You really do a great job here.

Glad to hear that it's noticed by people other than the repeat spammers.

Thanks so much for noticing BeateR. I'm am also very grateful for the moderators and long time members who keep the forums clean.

For what it's worth, I'm also checking access logs almost daily and putting in various other protections to try and stop the various bots before they try anything. The amount of spam / attempted attacks has become much worse in the past months I think. Only about 30% of the traffic that has hit our firewall was actually legitimate in the last week! The firewall blocked a total of 21 million requests in that time period.
