I think that the restrictions have to be eased at some point so why not now? ...

Because of that new variant and other new variants to come (maybe/seems to be the way) and... Not every age group being vaccinated yet; feels like a lamb to slaughter in a mad rush to return to normal otherwise.

Well I am in the age group that hadn't been vaccinated yet and don't feel overly scared that easing back to normal has started. I don' want to come of as "Money money money" but businesses are going belly up right and left and it has effects on the society too, bad effects, and not just in the travelling industry but everywhere..

I look for something near a body of water and some good food options. Obviously, things to do and entertainment are important too, but those two are at the top of my list.

Visa application ordinarily convolutes travel arranging. At times, you might have to contact the office well before the visit, apply for a visa, pay the visa expense, which can go from limited quantities up to shockingly huge ones, give photographs of the necessary size, and afterward hang tight for a reaction.

Different nations will just require a visa on appearance. The thing is, you really wanted to do some exploration on whether your ideal nation requires a visa and what amount of time does it require to deal with it.
