Photography Fixer/Guide Required for Taj Mahal & Ganga Aarti

Hi Everyone,

I am looking for photography fixers/guides in Agra and Varanasi. I might be taking part in the 2018 National Geographic Travel Photographer contest. In Agra, I need someone who can help me get permission from the relevant authority which I think is the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) to be able to use the photos for the competition and for commercial purposes and in Varanasi, it's the same thing, but I also require the model releases for any people whose faces would be visible in the photographs in the Ganga Aarti ceremony at Dasaswmedh Ghat on the banks of the river Ganges. In both cases, looking for someone who can who can find me good viewpoints/vantage points and help with the logistics. They must have a lot of experience with photographers and their requirements. This looks like a difficult request to answer without promoting a service provider. The deadline for entries to the competition is 31 May 2018 so there's a little over ten days left before any submission has to be in, including any permissions.

As a suggestion, perhaps anybody who might be able to offer a solution to this should send a private message to this (first time) poster to ensure the reply does not get deleted by a moderator because it contravenes the forum rules.
