Lots of tourists will be visiting India this weekend. You would have to be very lucky to touch base with someone at this late date who is departing Barcelona and entering India.

Edit. You m i g h t meet someone at the airport or on the plane. I met someone from my home state on a flight to Asia one time. Similar age, similar military in background, etc. Kept in touch for 15 plus years. At other times, on flights overseas, I have met people who I had a few drinks with and shared tours, etc. (I will talk anybody, even talk to a broom in a broom closet!)
