Notification e-mails

Hi!

I don't get notification e-mails anymore from Travellerspoint to my e-mail. Not from the forums nor from my blog.
Anyone else having issues or is it just me?

I haven't change any settings, e-mail address or anything.

I've also noticed I no longer get emails, not sure why.

Hi.

One of the selections I see on my Message Center option is:

Email Notification:
Currently you are not notified via Email when new messages arrive with a choice - Notify Me in red.

(I do not get notifications.)

I have old messages in my TRASH folder that I cannot delete. (I do click on the message and choose DELETE but the count remains the same.) *I do get "marriage proposals" but they never send money!!!

Ah, yes, thank you, for me I must have selected 'do not notify' then forgot I had done that. Not sure for Henna.

I haven't selected the "do not notify" nor have I change any settings since then. Now I do get some of the notifications e-mails but not all of them. Internet is start to pissing me off! (Read, not only internet related issue I have been dealing with lately...)

Sorry for the late follow up on this. I've been chasing it up with my mail provider.

@irenevt in your case, at some point you must have (presumably accidentally) flagged a message as junk. This resulted in future emails to you being suppressed. I've removed you from the list of suppressed email addresses, so you should now start getting emails again

@henna - you were not on that list and from the logs it looks like indeed sometimes it works and sometimes now. Unfortunately the email provider you use (won't mention here for privacy reasons) does seem to have consistent issues where they hide emails while also marking them as successfully delivered. You could try switching to a different email address if you have one.
