I need to apply for a B1/B2 C1/D crew visa as I’ve got a new job for an airline in the UK as cabin crew.
About ten years I was arrested, I have no convictions or charges. It resulted in no further action. Are they likely to deny my visa application or not? I have currently applied for a police ACRO and waiting for that to be delivered.

You can relax. You don't say what the arrest was for but...assuming everything else is ok...one 10-year-old arrest with NFA will not mean your visa will be flatly denied.
It might be a good idea to make a Subject Access Request (free) as well as getting an Acro certificate. An SAR shows all info held about you on the Police National Computer and is a helpful extra document, especially if your Acro shows 'no live trace'. Interviewing officers know that 'no live trace' means the police have dealt with you in the past and will want to know the details.

But you really can relax because even an arrest + charge + conviction + custodial sentence does not automatically mean a US visa is a complete impossibility forever. Unless it's for a very serious crime it usually just means that a 'waiver of ineligibility' is required, though that process takes longer, and the visa may be valid for less than the normal 10 years.

I have applied for the SAR.
I was drunk and pulled a taxi drivers beard, I think it went down as assault, but it was NFA, as I sent a letter of an apology.

If it's as straightforward as you say I don't think you'll need a waiver of ineligibility and your arrest in itself won't block your visa application. Just answer all the questions openly, honestly and courteously.
