Sander .. Is there a difference between reporting a post & reporting a member? Do they accomplish different things?
Reporting a post hides it from view, and brings it to the attention of the moderators for the forum it was posted in. Those moderators will edit/delete the post, or say that it's ok and make it available again. If many cases, we'll probably look at other activity of the member in question, but in essence we just treat the reported post in isolation.
Reporting a member is much "harsher", and will go straight to Peter, who might end up banning the member. It is generally not necessary to report the member, since most spammers post once and then leave forever. However, if the spam is happening in the wiki guide, or through photos - or shows a hard to detect pattern over many different posts that needs a written explanation (which you can't give when flagging a post), then reporting the member is appropriate.

However, as Peter mentioned, the default assumption is that you'll have appropriate permission (which you do), so pretty much any course of action is absolutely fine.
I'll do that when I come to do a thorough edit, but working in the map view I'm unable to edit title or description or anything else, so there may be a delay before I get to all of them - good to know there's an "innocent until proven guilty" approach!
And by the way, I've achieved "full member" status but don't see any option to report a forum post, so it appears to need something more than that.
