I highly recommend www.voyageinchina.com. We visited China in April 05, 2006 and had a wonderful trip. I arranged an itinerary with them before leaving and made final adjustments once we were there. Anything about East Timor - it's a great place to go and they're crying for tourists. I spent a month there last fall and did everything: climbed, dove, walked, stayed at funny little guest houses.
