I have lived here all my life and welcomed many VT members to meetings in the past as well as helping out on the London forum there. I'd love to be able to do the same now for TP members

Hey! I've been living in London for over 12 years now, I grew up in this city and know it like the back of my hand. Happy to help with anything!

Although I would never claim to be a Londoner, I have lived there now for 29 years and have a reasonable working knowledge of the place. My specific area of expertise is the "East End" where I have lived since moving here apart from an 18 month period in Soho in the heart of the West End whch I also know pretty well.

I have a tolerably good idea of central, East and North London although I am not so good South of the river Thames.

I have lived in London most of my life, and explore it like a tourist whenever I have spare time!

Ive been living here in London since 2000 and keenly exploring and attending events eversince. For the first few years the TNT magazine for antipodeans in London fed me with info of many events to pencil into my diary so i discovered a lot of interesting places through them.
I worked to and from work 45 to 60 minutes each day and to many places around city which is great for noticing signs on buildings for example bomb marks from WW2 or blue placques advising someone notable lived in this place feeding the inner photo and architecture lover and my love for seeing how other people live.
To me London is a gorgeous city - fabulous parks that have beautiful colour changes through the seasons, amazing historic sites from way back in ancient days of the romans and its been great to see the Britisjh countries of my forebears who moved to Nz 5 generations ago.

I am a frequent visitor to London, planning my 28th visit for April 2017. Since 2002 I have visited at least once per year, sometimes two or three times per year, frequently traveling with relatives and friends for their 1st visits to London. I can offer a visitor's perspective on London to add to the local perspective.

I have been living over 12 year in one of the most dynamic cities in the world.

London is my second home, but everytime I go there, I am literally as excited as a first timer! That's the magic London does to you!

I stayed for 3 weeks in England last 2011. I will go back again this June. Hopefully I can help other travelers by answering queries about transportation, hotels, food, and places to see. While locals would definitely be more knowledgeable, its nice to hear feedback from tourist like me :)

I'm planning on going to school in London in the next year or 2. But I don't know if I should just get the US passport or the European Passport or just get both?
