Details
Make a list of the national regions your country is divided into. That is, make a list of all provinces, states, territories or other administrative division. For an example, check out the Australia page.
Where a country has many divisions (ie. the USA has 50 states), divide the country by geographic regions and then list the administrative divisions under these geographic regions. Check out the USA page to see how this is done.
