Dog wearing a Beret next to Chez Julien on rue des Barres in Paris by Beausoleil
It's not often you see a dog wearing a beret, even in Paris, but this cute fellow had a hand-knit beret of his very own and seemed quite content. We noticed quite a beret come-back the last time we were in Paris although all the others were on people, not dogs.

Corner of rue Grenier sur l'Eau and rue des Barres in Paris by Beausoleil
Rue des Barres is a pedestrian street that goes behind Église Saint Gervais et Saint Protais. There is one marvelous medieval half-timbered house on a corner and a delightful religious bookstore before you get to a most pleasant café at the end.
