Tanzania - A group of Masai men move to perform a friendship ritual which is carried out whenever a member joins the community

Gentoo penguins
Antarctica - There is strength in numbers; Gentoo penguins are quite vulnerable to Leopard Seals when they dive into the water, so by forming a group and going in all at once, each individual penguin in this community greatly increases their own chance of not being eaten.
