I don't have that many countries under my belt yet but so far these are few of my favorites :)
Budapest,
I spent 3 months there in student exchange and fell in love with Hungary and the language. Doesn't speak or understand much but IMO it's one of the most beautiful language in the world.
Madonna di Cambiglio,
I won a hiking trip to Italy and the views were spectacular!
Gibraltar,
We rented an car from Spain and did some driving and general exploring. One afternoon just wasn't enough, so Gib got place in one of the places I would want to go again!
Malta,
2 weeks of aimlessly roaming around the island was quite perfect!
