Trip Organization

Hello Travelers,

Just wanted to ask if a local guide ( not a company) is allowed to ask for more people or travelers who will be willing to join in the trip that he/she is organizing if there are other 1 or 2 travelers already confirmed about the trip.

The purpose is because the people who have confirmed are looking for a group tour and they have set the dates, so it's up to the local guide to find more people to Join in the trip, for the benefits of both him and the the travelers, more profit and save cost respectively.

Thanks for your opinion but I think I wasn't clear, my question is if a local guide is allowed to post here asking for more people join a trip that he has already on schedule because I am a local guide in Tanzania organizing Kilimanjaro trips and Safaris.

That's why am asking so that I may know the forum regulations instead of just posting and being banned.

I strongly suspect what you want to do would fall afoul of our strict non-promotional policy - but we do allow the same from regular travellers, and it speaks highly in your favour that you're asking. So, I don't want to give a definite ruling, but prefer to wait for Peter (the admin) to weigh in.

All I wanted to know is that if I would be breaking any rules, since I do have 4 traveller's who have confirmed a booking with me for the Kilimanjaro climb but I want more people to Join on the tour, I don't want to list the dates just incase it might be a foul. If it is not a foul, then I will know when Peter is here and maybe I can generate new thread with all the details.
