Thanks, basically what I thought, I've applied for the Arco and sar.

With the esta I think I genuinely believed my conviction didn't meet the definition on the esta form but the wording on the full visa says "any"

I'll do another ds160 in the morning. Anyone know if I can just bring both applications to interview and tell them which one is current?

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but you won't be going to the US in June :-( Not in 2025, and based on current timescales, not in 2026 either.

I'm sorry, I don't know. In the many years I've been answering US Esta/visa questions here and on another forum I've never come across that question.

I believe that the interview date/time is linked to the bar code on the submitted DS160.

Obviously you could try printing out both and telling the officer as soon as you arrive but there are no guarantees.

You may have to pay another fee if you submit another DS160.

I've submitted a new DS-160 and called the appointment service who have linked the new DS-160 to my appointment.

Have emailed them too as I've also put the wrong answer in the "applicant questions" when signing up for the appointment service website. i.e. "has been arrested, convicted or cautioned for any reason other than alcohol related offenses in any country. For UK offenses, the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act does not apply to U.S. visa law and the offense must be declared regardless of the passage of time." I've clicked no instead of yes.

We'll see what they say, going to be annoying if I have to book another appointment as I've paid for train tickets already, but that's on me.

It's good that the appointment service linked your new DS160 to your existing interview date/time.

I wish you the best of luck and do let us know how you get on. It's useful info for others.
